Transaction Focus is led by Charles Smee who has over 28 years experience of field and telephone direct sales, call centre management, sales force motivation sales promotion, advertising and trade marketing. He has worked for mainly blue chip multinationals worldwide in a range of sectors; FMCG, Industrial products, Publishing and TV.
Charles is supported by an extensive team of sales and marketing professionals all from the highest levels of management with specialist knowledge in the travel, luxury goods, telecommunications, technology, food, fmcg and management consultancy.

Charles Smee, our founder has 30 years experience of Advertising, Sales Promotion, Sales force motivation and Trade marketing in 6 countries with blue chip multinationals . He also has worked in Field and Telephone Direct Sales in a range of sectors (FMCG, Industrial products, Publishing and TV.
Tony is Founder, President and CEO of Sales Focus Inc, Transaction Focus’ USA partner. He built Sales Focus from scratch 25 years ago into the leading US Sales Outsourcing company representing companies such as AT&T, BP Solar, Hitachi, Horizon Health, Reliant Energy, Suez and TXU Energy.
Fast paced, entrepreneurial Sales and marketing professional who heads Transaction Focus’s French operation, primarily managing the Intel business in France. Arnaud was a Senior Territory Business Manager at Cisco for 6 years. He started his career in Key Accounts at Procter & Gamble before holding senior sales manager roles at Altares-Dun & Bradstreet for 2 years and at Orange Business Services for 4 years.
David is a partner of TFocus Health www.tfocushealth.com, Transaction Focus’ healthcare division. He started his career in Marketing roles at 3M Healthcare (5 years) and at Seton Healthcare (10 years) before becoming Marketing Manager at Hollister Europe (4 years) . He was then Managing Director of Amoena UK for 16 years and also spent a few years working in the USA.
Marek is an accomplished Cisco and Akamai certified PC, Software, cyber security pre-sales, channel builder, trainer and SMB general manager. In Poland ; he has extensive experience in the Education and Government sectors.
Seasoned operations, logistics and communications professional with a strong consultancy track record. Andrew worked at Air New Zealand in APAC markets before heading strategic alliances at British Midland.
Chris has 31 years of experience in the IT industry, mainly with HP.
Starting as an applications developer and progressing through project/programme/account management into the business operations space.
He has gained substantial experience in the Public Sector working with a number of government clients. This has lead to a good understanding of the security constraints these organisation face, working as a security and safety consultant for 5 years and has also performed the deputy SIRO (Senior Information Rick Officer) role.
Chris is now working on Business Intelligence through Transaction Focus helping our clients to visualise the data they already have and use this to improve their business.”
Tomasz is an astute multilingual business growth specialist.
He has advised the Polish government on innovation projects, development and finance and has also project managed several EU Framework programmes. After completing a Law degree at Wroclaw University, Tomasz started his career at EY Poland as a Tax & Legal advisor.
