Established 4 and a half years ago, Transaction Focus has successfully established itself as a highly adaptive and competitive outsourced sales company, with a client base of over 20 companies. A diverse mix of clients from the following sectors - media, technology, communications, food, travel and luxury goods.

Transaction Focus is led by Charles Smee who has over 20 years experience of field and telephone direct sales, call centre management, sales force motivation sales promotion, advertising and trade marketing. He has worked for mainly blue chip multinationals worldwide in a range of sectors; FMCG, Industrial products, Publishing and TV.

Charles is supported by an extensive team of sales and marketing professionals all from the highest levels of management with specialist knowledge in the travel, luxury goods, telecommunications, technology, food, fmcg and management consultancy..

Transaction Focus offers a comprehensive brand centric and practical service to maximise the value of your customer transactions in the short and long term. We call it Transaction Marketing ™.

NICOLA ELLIS

Nicola Ellis has over 20 years of experience in Strategic Planning and Marketing.  Eighteen years was spent developing the diamond jewellery markets in the Far East and India for De Beers.  In recent years she has helped a variety of SMEs in the UK to develop their business and marketing activity.

SUE LAWRENCE

Sue Lawrence has worked extensively in the delivery of worldclass service during her career at British Airways and Accenture.  With international and UK experience, Sue has focused both on the design of the service product as well as the development of the individual as a business asset through targeted communications, training and coaching.

TONY WARDLE

Tony shapes brands and brand messaging with a focus on driving sales and margin growth. He was CEO of several Saatchi subsidiaries and Group Marketing Operations Director at Reuters. He has worked on branding projects with such household names as Reuters, Orange, Virgin and Fujitsu, and with Bristol & West Mortgages, Countrywide Farmers and many smaller SMEs.

CHARLIE BIRCH-REYNARDSON

Charlie’s 20 years experience bridges the gap between sales and marketing. With a marketing agency background, he has a business development focus with real skill in one-to-one communications and has helped many companies develop and achieve their growth targets. He has worked with multinational organisations as well as helped smaller businesses grow into something more substantial. His clients have varied in market, sector and stature ranging from SMEs to multinationals.

FRANK VAN DEN BERG

Frank started his career with Unilever, worked with WMX Technologies, Renault and GMAC Financial Services, in managerial and then executive international responsibilities. His 20 year track record includes all elements of international business development, from analysis to strategy formulation and hands-on implementation, including new country entry (Eastern Europe, Asia), dealer management, marketing and advertising, key account management (including General Motors), sales and sales training (including training programs for 1000+ persons across Europe), new media, and mergers & acquisitions.

Frank has an MBA from Insead (Fontainebleau, France), MA in Economics (UK) and an MA in History (Netherlands).

DAVID ACHESON

David has worked for 25 years in B2B industry with extensive experience in Document Management, IT and Outsourced Sales Management. He had held many senior management positions including Head of sales Operations and Business Development for Danka UK. His knowledge of sales process and sales management give him the ability to consult at the highest level on improving sales productivity and or reduction of sales cost to any B2B business.
